Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September 1983) is an American actress who is best known for her roles in the roles of Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television show Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Following the divorce of her parents the actress left Worthington, Ohio to live with her family in Los Angeles. The actress landed her first part, as Rachel's Room's lead character in 2001 despite struggling with finances. In the following year, she was awarded a Young Artist Award nomination in 2002, for her role as fifteen-year-old victim Martha Moxley in the television movie Murder in Greenwich. Grace appeared as Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television series in 2004. She played the lead protagonist for two seasons and won an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace left the show to pursue a film career. She had starred alongside Tom Welling opposite in The Fog in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) in Suburban Girl as well as the Jane Austen Book Club. In 2008, she reprised the role Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). She also played Alice as Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is a modern adaptation of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace performed the role of Shannon on the finale episode, as well as two additional episodes. She was in 2013 for the sixth episode of Californication. She plays Faith who's both a star-gazer and socialite. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her.
